Erin Lavinsky, L.Ac. offers solutions to long standing health questions by applying Kinesiology Muscle Testing and intuition to uncover root causes to physical and mental disorders. The emotion or belief may also be “attached to” something physical which is discovered and treated through NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique) in order to address all aspects of healing: physical, chemical, and emotional.
In over 13 years of practice, Erin has discovered that acupuncture and NAET offered virtually has the same results as in person. Acupuncture and energy medicine offered in person and virtually
Virtual sessions are done in the same manner as in person sessions. A safe and calming space is available for you to communicate the issue you are experiencing, while the energetic process has already begun. Deep listening to your body’s stored emotions and beliefs are tuned into by Erin, with the help of your Higher Self. Erin specifically calls forth your etheric, emotional, mental, and physical bodies to discover where the energy blockages are and what are the causes underneath the blockages. Erin may have you hold in mind a belief or feel through a certain emotion while stimulating a certain acupressure point. In this way, you are empowered and aware of the inner process to “clean up” your four lower bodies. This meditative awareness paired with a release of the energetic blockage, ensures a deep sense of calm and connectedness to your Higher Self. In this way, healing is in your own hands, with Erin as your guide, maintaining autonomy with your true identity every step of the way.
How does it work?
Erin’s first love and knowledge base is in psychology. Uncovering belief systems, emotions, and neuronal pathways that create how we experience life day to day. Our bodies simply listen to what our conscious, unconscious, and subconscious minds are telling it, so we have to be in control of our mental body! Most physical diseases have an emotional and mental component to it; uncovering this aspect to healing is fun and powerful. Erin has healed eczema to vertigo from babies to older adults in her career by addressing these underlying causes. Incorporating our body’s energy channels to clear out and clean up these densities in the mental body creates the perfect union of East and West.
When intention, awareness, and use of the acupuncture meridian system come together, the nervous system responds and the body remembers how to heal.

Erin Lavinsky, L.Ac. earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University in 2005, driven by a fascination with the connection between the mind, emotions, and the body. That curiosity soon became a calling. In 2009, Erin graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences with a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, where she learned to treat the whole person, not just symptoms. Erin’s interest in energy work and healing was shaped by her own healing journey. She suffered from chronic asthma from the age of two, and despite conventional treatments, true relief didn't come until she began addressing the emotional and energetic layers beneath the physical condition. Through diligently releasing stored emotional energy, her asthma fully resolved, an experience that profoundly transformed how she understands healing.

Since then, Erin has dedicated her work to helping others heal physically and emotionally through acupuncture, NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique), and energy work. Erin also supports those healing to find connection to their Higher Self and life source energy within them. Where to begin?
Erin is the REAL THING. A real healer. I have been going to her for severe eczema and sudden itching that wouldn't go away (for months) and immediately started to heal. She helped clear a resistant UTI, body pain/arthritis, mold, vaccines, a ton of things that came up, and food sensitivities to egg, hormones, feathers/chicken, vitamin b and c, dairy, all kinds of things I didn't realize I had. Wow!
After 5-6 sessions, I have healed from a ton of emotional things I didn't even know I was holding on to. I then took my daughters one by one, and my husband, and have referred a few friends to her and all have said that Erin is wonderful.

I became Erin's patient 5 years ago with my first pregnancy. She did so much for my whole family I can't even describe.
